COFFEETIME ROMANCE REVIEWS

The deep dark world of an alternate universe comes to life like no other. The scenery explodes in living color, immersing the reader in a verdant and lush mountain forest. You can feel the mist, and will long to walk through the mossy undergrowth. The characters are as equally developed, and both Jamie and Mairi will have you falling under their spell. Jamie is as tough as he is loving, and Mairi is his every fantasy. She pulls no punches, and even remembering her past, does not let that stand in the way of her heart. I enjoyed every aspect of this story, and will anxiously await more from this author!

JUST EROTIC ROMANCE REVIEWS

This fast paced and interesting story is full of Scottish lore, mystery, and danger. This is not a book for those uncomfortable with pushing sexual boundaries. Still, the sexual scenes were primal and passionate. However, the emotional bond between them eventually grows and is further explored as the book continues. Both the hero and villains are very well developed characters as Ms. Boyett-Compo helps us to get to know them. She beautifully relates the many facets of these characters. But it was great to see how well Jamie was respected by the townspeople. He isn't the typically "perfect" hero, but he does fight for what he believes is right and what he loves-not to mention that sexy Scotch Burr. A trait that every woman adores. I think this novel will satisfy any paranormal junkie. Still, the complexity of the characters and paranormal aspects made this an interesting read.

BITTEN BY BOOKS REVIEWS

Wow! Charlotte Boyett-Compo really knows how to spin a tale that will pull you in. I couldn't put this one down until I read the very last word and I wanted much, much more. The love scenes are so tastefully done, you can read this one curled in a chair at your favorite coffee shop. I fell in love with Jamie, then I fell in love with Mairi, then I fell in love with love. If you need a love story with suspense and enchantment woven in, this is your book.

PARANORMAL ROMANCE REVIEWS
Wyndsheer is a moderately paced book that explores what happens when a paranormal being crosses into the life of non paranormal beings. The characters are well developed, and easy to follow. The realtionship between Jamie and Allison is hot! Sexual content ranges from loving and gentle to mentions of rape.
Wyndsheer is a scorching love affair between a lycant and a human. It wreaks havoc on your senses as well as the people involved in the story.

JOYFULLY REVIEWED
Wyndsheer is a romantic, science fiction novel full of suspense. The Ad Fear Liath Mor is a very interesting creature with amazing abilities. Jamie is a warrior with both physical and emotional scars and Allison is a sweet siren. She is very accepting of her situation which makes things both a bit unrealistic and very erotic. I enjoyed the interaction between Jamie and Allison in Wyndsheer, and the sci-fi edge kept things interesting.

PARANORMAL ROMANCE REVIEWS
WYNDSHEER is a touching story of redemption and love. Once again, Charlotte Boyett-Compo weaves her magic into a story which pulled me into it from the very first page and wouldn’t let go until it was finished. We have a man, created in a laboratory, brutally tortured, who has become a loner, apart from any kind of society. Then we have a woman, pressured into a marriage with a man she doesn’t love and who doesn’t love her. Watching them come together and learn acceptance and love is a rare treat. As with all of Charlotte Boyett-Compo’s stories, I highly recommend this one as well. They’re like potato chips, you can’t stop at just one!

ENCHANTING REVIEWS
Rating: Five enchantments
I absolutely loved this story! It’s one of the best I have ever read. The author’s word pictures were phenomenal; the sex absolutely fabulous. The suspense, mystery and intrigue was so well written, I literally could not put the book down. The paranormal creatures completely captivated me with their texture, size and the description of their smell. This story was awesome, very well written. I would say to anyone - if you like paranormal, suspense, and good hot sex, this is a must read. If you are an aspiring author and want to effectively paint pictures with your words, this is a must read, as well as a writing course in a box. If I could give it more than five enchantments, I would. Absolutely fabulous.
