THE NIKKESON
The very worst of the worst is the Nikkeson. It has been called the vilest of the vile, the most depraved of all the depraved. There is no sin it has not committed, no atrocity it has not devised to torture, maim or kill humankind. It is said all evil began with the Nikkeson. They call it the Destroyer of Worlds because where it visits, all life is extinguished.
It is a bloodbeast from the Tabhartas Galaxy and is described as being nearly nine foot tall with sickly-green skin armored with thick bony scales. Long yellow talons protrude from the ends of its massive paws, and though it walks upright on huge feet with thick claws, it has a long tail like an alligator. Row after row of needle sharp teeth line its overly elongated snout. There
are two hornlike growths just above its scarlet eye sockets and it has sharply pointed triangular ears. Hideously ugly, it stinks worse than a dead thing left out in the sun for a few days and ready to implode.
Called forth by Yn Drogh Spyrryd to carry out His vengeance against those who oppose Him. But the Nikkeson is nearly impossible to control. The only
being within the Megaverse who can safely joust with the Nikkeson is a Ridgelord. Even then the mage can not defeat or kill the malevolence; he can only send it back to Prysson.
Yn Drogh Spyrryd's second-in-command is Kerreyder and he holds the keys to the lowest levels beneath Treigeilys, a place called Prysson. It is a megaversial prison in one of the spatial continuums called Charvaal where those too evil for hell are incarcerated. It is better known as the Abyss. Kerreyder was the first Shadowlord, the first Deathlord, the Prime Ridge Lord before he was corrupted by Yn Drogh Spyrryd.
The Nikkeson lives in the slimy putridness beneath the lowest level of the Abyss. There it is kept chained until Yn Drogh Spyrryd calls it forth, but not even that god can control it completely. He must unleash the Nikkeson from time to time to allow it to do what it does
else the creature will turn on its master and slay him as well. When it is set loose, Kerreyder comes with it to keep it from completely annihilating mankind. Unleashed without any kind of restraining force it would continue to kill until no life is left in the megaverse.
In a tract that came to be known as the Faedyrys, the prophecy tells of what happens when the Nikkeson escapes Its confinement.
THE FAEDYRYS (The Prophecy of Doom):
Amid the days of Jerrey Souree innocent blood will flow,
In the Land of the Chosen where life will be no more;
Sacrificed flesh will be offered up this fateful day.
Chants spoken in the ancient tongue shall find the ear,
Of the greatest Evil mankind has reason to fear;
And the Path shall be opened to show Him the way.
A warrior tried through no fault of his own shall fall,
His weakness shining like a beacon, his cry a siren’s call;
To lure the Nikkeson unleashed from His cell into the fray.
Unto a new world and to new blood shall the demon fly,
And drink His fill while tears gather in every eye;
Where the innocent can not hold His fury at bay.
THE TABHARTAS GALAXY
Made up of two Arcs—the Maitheas Arc called the Over in which the gods live on a planet called Jeeoil and Drochtrom Arc or the Under which is home to one planet and two spatial continuums. The planet of The Under is Treigeilys which means the abandoned in the old language and that is home to Yn Drogh Spyrryd, He Who is Evil Incarnate.
Treigeilys is outside the known galaxies. It is said the Nikkeson comes out through a black hole and only it can do this. Nothing save the bloodbeast can exist inside the black hole.
