Praise from a reader:

Charlee - reread Bloodwind and Darkwind and just finished Evilwind - if I wasn't totally in love (or lust) with Kamerone Cree before, this book clinched it. Witty, warm, charming, sexy as hell - you sure batted one out of the park with this series. There has never been a hero like Cree or a woman like his Bridie. Thanks for giving readers strong men and women to admire, as well as a tale that consumes and delights.

COFFEE TIME ROMANCE REVIEWS

Evil Wind is the best kind of space opera there is! This book has everything from true love, to space battles, to shape shifters. It combines the best traits for space opera and is a book that you cannot put down until you have read the last page. Action is rampant throughout and keeps the story flowing in a smooth fashion. The love scenes are realistic and hot in the extreme. The author does an excellent job of interspersing love scenes throughout the book in just the right places. This is a book that is not to be missed!

RITES OF ROMANCE REVIEWS

The story had a complex and detailed plot which twists in an ever growing web. This is the first book I have ever read of Charlotte's. It will definitely not be the last. Her characters are filled with character, her worlds a uniqueness which I fell in love with. The honor and character of the main hero is a delight, as is reading the interactions with those who encounter him. While I think I would have known much more had I the pleasure of reading the 2 previous books, I was able to read it as a stand alone novel. Hats off to you, Charlotte!

ROMANCE REVIEWS TODAY

There are dozens of characters: Reapers, Amazeens, Terrans, and others. There is enough action, danger, intrigue, derring-do, close calls, and betrayals to keep readers riveted and turning pages. Yet Charlotte Boyett-Compo doesn't let personalities blur, and she does it with consummate skill and style. EVILWIND is complex but at its base is the longing of a man to go home. Ms. Boyett-Compo makes it seem as simple as if she were rewriting Jack and Jill. Read it and put in on your Boyett-Compo keeper shelf.

MY BOOK CRAVINGS REVIEWS

Ms. Compo did a marvelous job on this story. I read Darkwind and couldn't wait for the next installment to arrive. Is this the end of my reapers? I hope not, I grew to love those Crees. I hope I get to read other stories about their new place of residence. She has me hooked. She composes so well, scenes flew beautifully from one to the other like poetry in motion.

ECATAROMANCE SENSUAL REVIEWS

Charlotte Boyett-Compo brings the reader another story about Reapers, explaining how they were created. Kamerone thought he knew everything about his origins. While on Rysalia Prime to await his fate, however, Cree finds out that everything he thought was true was a lie. What he learns will change his life and the lives of his bloodkin forever.
