Tom's Steak Chili:

One large round steak, cooked on the bbq grill
Six hamburger patties, cooked on the bbq grill (it's for the
flavor, guys)

Two cans of bbq flavored beans
One can of whole kernel corn
Two cans chopped tomatoes
Three 12-oz cans of tomato sauce
Two teaspoons each: Worchestershire Sauce and Liquid Smoke
Four celery ribs, chopped
Two large green peppers, chopped
Two large onions, chopped
Two garlic cloves, minced coarsely
One teaspoon each: garlic powder, parsley flakes, oregano, basil and
chili powder

Two Bay leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
(If you like extra heat, add your favorite heat maker. This is one dish
BB prefers without heat)
Chop the steak and hamburger patties into bite-size pieces, combine
all ingredients and cook in a slow cooker for at least 6 hours,
preferrably ten. Serve with hot cornbread made with buttermilk
instead of plain milk and a nice salad.

NEVER SERVE SWEET CORNBREAD WITH THIS MEAL!
