
Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole
Preheat oven to 350.
2 large cans of cooked chicken, drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1-8oz. carton of sour cream
1 stick oleo, melted
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped celery
1 small chopped onion
1 can mushroom pieces
12 Ritz Crackers, crushed
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Combine all ingredients and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with toasted French bread.
